We are delighted to officially introduce Kika von Roretz, who joined us in early 2025 as Studio Manager.
Kika joins us from a diverse professional background, having gained experience across a broad range of sectors – from healthcare all the way to finance. They bring a solutions-focused mindset to our studio and are passionate about fostering a space where great ideas (and great work) can thrive.
Over the past year, Kika has been working behind-the-scenes to help streamline our admin processes and organise the studio to support our growth and ensure we are working as efficiently as possible (more on that in the following section).
Outside of work, you will find Kika spending their free time on whatever new hobby they’ve picked up. At the moment it’s pottery painting and sudokus, but who knows what it’ll be next month!
Over the past year, we have made significant upgrades to our systems and the software we use.
We have ditched several project management softwares and migrated to a centralised CRM system known as Productive. It has been excellent in stepping up our project management, team assignments, and time tracking!
Long overdue, but limited by what was available at our office location, we won the battle in getting connected to nbn! This is possibly our (and anyone we've tried to have a virtual meeting with) favourite upgrade!
Since our previous provider no longer offered a phone service, we’ve been searching for an appropriate replacement. And now we have it! You can call us on: 0494 579 084. Please keep in mind this number should be reserved for urgent cases, as most of our work is managed via email.
We've completely overhauled our file management system, which has made it easier and safer for us to share files internally, search for past work, and remotely access files as needed.
